What Browser scripting language to use to let users create basic accounts on a website?
Just an account where they can login and edit a profile. Would it be Javascript, PHP or something else? Thanks

That would be server-side scripting, with a database attached to it. PHP and MySQL would be the best (and easiest) combination for it. Do a Google search for "PHP MySQL simple Member System".

If you're just creating the website, and aren't hosting it, then I agree with the above post; PHP and MySQL work together wonderfully. However, if you're hosting your website yourself, rather than on a hosting site, this is a different story. I found that the easiest way to do this was to set up a "LAMP" server.. LAMP stands for Linux Apache MySQL PHP. Just Google "setting up a LAMP server" and it'll be easy to get started. Either way, you can easily find a good template for login and even profile information.. Good luck!

How to get your money back from Paypal limited account?
How to get your money back from Paypal limited account?
Paypal has limited my account for two reasons one reason is i had more than one account and the other reason Im not sure of. Ive contacted them dozen of times via email and phone and i havent heard from them all i get is a email saying i should check resolution centre and i did and yet nothing. I have Money on my account but since its limited i can not withdraw my money! How do I get my money back from them?

So what does the resolution centre say? Have you sold something & your buyer has flagged a problem?
Answer 2 :
Check the resolution centre and if there is still nothing, go back to them and ask what you/they are waiting for before progress can be made.

If it's truly limited, Paypal will refund after 180 days.
Answer 4 :
Hello you can withdrawal money after 180 days,If want to restore before then.Please close one account.or Downgrade to personal Account. Note: As per paypal policy you can create One PayPal Account From Premier/Business and one personal account.

How many years of accounts will I need to get a mortgage if I am self employed?
I am looking to become self employed but will want to upsize my house in a couple of years time. With the imminent withdrawal of self certification mortgages, will it be difficult for me to get a mortgage? How many years accounts will I need to be able to provide? I am married, but my husband has a very poor credit history so the mortgage will be mine alone.

For the past few years it has been 3 years of audited accounts and you will need to be seen to be making a profit no matter how small.

it's usually 2 years but sometimes less depending on how much you want to borrow

a financial advisor will self certify you if you are self employed. so you dont need to show your accounts.

Yes, it will be difficult (self-certification mortgages from the major lenders was withdrawn over a year ago, it's 'Interest Only' deals that are now disappearing) You will need to show 2 - 3 years certified accounts (or your Tax Returns) and the Mortgage will be based on some multiple of your pre-tax income (i.e the profits) .. Be aware that, it is HIGHLY UNLIKELY that you will make ANY profit in the first 2 or 3 years of running a Business as self-employed UNLESS you are working as some sort of highly paid Consultant etc.

How long for credit card transactions to be processed through your account?
I paid for some petrol on 18th October nad the charge hasn't gone through my account yet. How long does a company have to produce the slip to the bank?

It will usually come at the begging of every month, when you get your bank statement. if you do not get this, contact your bank.

It should be near enough automatic - 3 days max. Looks like you haven't got charged!

How do i reactivate an old yahoo account?
i deleted my old yahoo mail account. now (surprise surprise) i need to reopen the same account to access other pages that its still associated with. i have the username but cant remember the password and everytime i try to change my password, it says yahoo cannot find that username but i know its what i used. it comes up as an actual email address when i search it in google! please help!

You cannot if it's been none active for 30 days they cancel your account. it does not matter if it's none active for 30 they automatically delete it because your not using it
