Is there an alternative way to delete a PSN account without signing in?
My stupid little brother gave away his account details to someone he don't know, now he cant sign in. Is there a way to delete his account or possibly another solution?

I don't think you'd be able to do it on your own. You probably need to contact Sony themselves, or SOE or whoever.
