Answer 1 :
Job hunt all week and make sure you have fun to do at the weekend. Job hunt like it is your job, if you get me. Get up on time, do the job of job hunting (plenty of things to do like make a good CV for each company), finish at a set time, water plants, cook food, eat, relax, walk the dog (or someone elses for a small fee)...
Answer 2 :
1) Hire a "head hunter" who, for a fee, will look for jobs for you. He has good networking system already. He knows which company will be in need of your services. 2) Submit your resume or bio-data on "on line" job centers. Then, you just wait until someone is interested in you.
Answer 3 :
Ask everyone who employs the position you want to give you a job. There are heaps of jobs available - the only reason you don't have the one you want, is that you have not told enough people yet.

How old does an unfamiliar account on CE have to be before you consider it probably not a troll?
A month old? 2009 date of opening? Is it a troll if the account has only been in CE? Scooter -- who runs this site?

Answer 1 :
Who knows? Any poor genuine person who opens an account is automatically treated as a troll by the people who 'run this site' - at least we know you are a troll and I can guess which one! EDIT: Me name names? I would have to kill you - LOL
Answer 2 :
Familiar ones can be trolls too.
Answer 3 :
a trolls a troll old or new!
Answer 4 :
There are users on this site, the whole answers site who are trolls or i consider them as a such even though they have thousands of points and an account of over a year. If you deliberately set out to start a flame war you're a troll. Some of the stuff i say might be nasty or outrageous, but i believe in what i say and i don't say it lightheartedly. My opinion isn't a joke and i try to treat others opinions with the same respect.
Answer 5 :
I only consider new accounts who act like trolls to be trolls - benefit of the doubt and all that.

How do you choose a good accountant to go to?

How do you choose a good accountant to go to?
We have a small business and need accounting services how do we find a good one?

Answer 1 :
all the accountants Ive used are crappy, you ask them for advice and they give you options and you have to make up your own mind in the end. Your business needs to grow before you can afford a decent accountant. At the moment I use myaccountant.co.uk and they seem fairly decent.
Answer 2 :
Most accountants will give at least a 15 minute "free" consultation, you should look for one who has experience in doing accounts for your kind of business. You will know by the questions they ask and the ideas they give you, also you will "click" with them. My accountant takes a very close interest in my business (and so should yo), he rings me at least twice a week and is always giving me advice and ideas. You could also try registering here http://www.ukbusinessforums.co.uk/forums/index.php its free and you can get loads of free advice, also if you ask for a local accountant chances are one or two are on there, A good accountant is worth their weight in gold and will save you more than they charge!! best of luck
Answer 3 :
look the persn tht have work before taken the person to work with u
Answer 4 :
I have used three accountants in the past, one was excellent and the other two were unsatisfactory. Now that I am a trainee accountant your question is still difficult to answer. But I will have a go. 1) I would take advice from business link. 2) Look at the website www.icaewfirms.co.uk (select category that matches your needs) 3) Learn some basic accountancy skills. Learn as much as you can. You will not be doing it. ROCE etc 4) Think along the lines of avoiding bad ones instead of finding a good one.

Answer 1 :
I believe it's called a receipt. You turn the receipt into the company to get reimbursed for the expense.
