How to export a Contact address list to another account on the same computer?

How to export a Contact address list to another account on the same computer?
I wish to move my Contact address list from an Administrator Account to a Standard Account, how do I do this please. It is Office Outlook at both accounts set up on a Windows 7 system.

Answer 1 :
Export the contact list. Log in as the standard account and import the file.
Answer 2 :
Save the addresses as a CSV this can be done in the export option of outlook then save the file to the desktop and select it from the other account or you can email it to the other account
