How to link a bank account to paypal when it has been disabled?
It says my bank account has been disabled from paypal and if i want to add it i have to fax them the the amount they put in etc , but i dont have a fax machine is there any other way i can do this? Thanks ^_^

Who disabled the account? Was it PayPal or was it your bank? PayPal doesn't accept faxed documents; they do everything electronically. Sign into your PayPal account & scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on "contact us". On the page that comes up, click on "call us" and you will get a PIN number to use that identifies you as the account holder. They will give you the phone number and hours of operation, and you can call them and ask what you need to do. You must have that PIN number when you call, so if someone just posts the PayPal phone number here it will not do you any good. You must go through your account to contact them.

This does not seem very likley - have you received an email ??? (and clinked on a link sent to you in an email ???) == if so, you are being 'phished' ... Go to PayPal by typing in the address - if you get in, change all your passwords ... if you can't log-in, PANIC NOW ....
