Transfering money from a blocked bank account to another account with the same bank?
My bank account has been blocked and I can't get to the bank to find out why and I was told on the telephone that I need to go to the bank to get it unblocked. Can I still transfer money from this account to another account with the same bank even though there is a block on it. I was told that I could not make an external tranfers but I wondered if I could still make an internal to my other account. Thanks.

No. Nothing can be moved from the account until the issue is resolved.
