How long does a Paypal transaction take to show up on your account?
I tried to order something earlier, and when I went to confirm I got an error page saying the transaction didn't go through. I'm worried though that the funds will still be deducted from my account. If I am getting charged in error, how long will the Paypal transaction take to show up on my bank account?

Hi, if you go to your paypal account and check activity, if it went through it will be there. The actual transfer from your bank or credit card, linked to paypal, is usually showing by the next day. You always get a final confirmation payment screen when you use paypal. I have had "failed" transactions for whatever reason before and when I've checked, nothing had gone through on Paypal.

How to stop getting emails saying theirs a problem with my bank account?
Its not my main email, just an email i used to use for when i used to sign up for junk. I still use it because some good things come through every now and then. But i keep getting emails saying My Lloyds account will be deactivated within 24 hours, or my HSBC account has been closed. And im sick of getting them because im not even with those banks! I use Hotmail, and i block everyone of them that comes through but it doesn't seem to work. What can i do?

Using Hotmail or similar it is always a good idea to create a new account from time to time and abandon the old one to the spammers

Have you ever opened one of these to see what they say about "your bank account?" If so, that's why you keep getting them. Every time you open a spam like this, you send a notice to the spammer that yours is a real, live email address, and that's the biggest part of the information he wanted in the first place. So, thereafter, you continue to get the same kind of spam -- more and more of it. NEVER, and I repeat, NEVER open spam. You are just asking for more of the same. Put it in your spam folder and get on with your life.

Can I reroute emails sent to a secondary Yahoo account of mine to arrive in my main Yahoo account?

What can account for sudden weight changes?
I am currently trying to lose weight and am really very puzzled as to why my weight can fluctuate so much in a very short time. For example; On Tuesday morning I weighed 13st 1lb, yesterday I weighed 12st 12.25lb, and then this morning, after eating virtually the same food yesterday as I did on the previous day, I weighed 13st 0.25lb. What can account for these strange shifts in my daily weight. My food and fluid intake have both been virtually the same throughout.

How long does it take to open an Etrade account?
Would it be quicker for me to open a share dealing account with my bank as they have my records/information already on file? Transaction costs are not significantly cheaper with Etrade. Hello, Thank you for the information. I intend to fund it with a simple transfer from a current account. On another, can anyone recommend an online brokerage? Regards.

The general public, however, will respond to it in a different order: the first thing they will in fact register is its colour. On average a consumer takes 15 seconds to make a purchasing decision in the supermarket - not long enough to be affected by even the most seductive copy, layout and typeface, unless the colour has attracted them initially. How can get rid of these two default accounts from my credit report?
Hey people..I used to live in a property in Leeds and when I moved to my new house I informed British gas that I am moving and gave them my new address for futrure correspondence but for some reason they kept on writing me on my old address for outstanding bills. I only came to realize that I owe some money to British gas when I check my credit report after 1 year. I have cleaerd the payments but it stays on my credit report as 'Satisfied payment' . I just got refused from couple of banks for job becasue my credit history has those two default cases. how can i get rid of those default accounts on my credit report??

pay your bills and call yhe reporting agency tell them they have been paid off and they will remove them

they wont take it off till theyre good and ready Mtge companies in USA LOOK back three years on credit.

Go apply for your free credit report online challenge it as inaccurate they have 30 or 60 days to reply if they don't reply to the credit agency then they will take it off your record (it's worth a try) otherwise it will roll off in 7 years sorry that's the best I can do.

Unfortunately you cant unless you can prove that they are there erroneously. However, they only show up on your credit report for 3 years. After that they are still there, but not common knowledge and not used for any sort of references.

only british gas or the county court can order the credit reference agency to remove these entries. write the chairman at british gas explaining the error and demanding the removal of these entries with confirmation in writing. once they've confirmed removal do your own credit search using only experian or equifax (banks don't use anyone else).
